The service I experienced was superb. We required two mattress toppers for our beds to a tailored size. The size did not match on two occasions to our requirement and the team from Silentnight did not give up on what we needed as the customer. On the 3rd go we had a fantastic result. Daisy who took our order from the beginning was particularly, attentive, responsive and proactive in supporting our order request. The delivery team were very professional and efficient.
