Are you still delivering?
Following government guidelines we have suspended our online deliveries till the 9th of April. Orders will still be taken but will be delivered after the 9th of April subject to government guidelines.
How will a bed or mattress be delivered?
We operate a two-man delivery service, who will still deliver a bed or mattress to the room of your choice, assist with assembly and removing any packaging.
In light of COVID-19, this service will be conducted while respecting new, more stringent hygiene processes to ensure the safety of staff and customers.
You’re also able to add additional instructions to your delivery order to fit your needs and circumstances.
Are the Silentnight showrooms still open?
Our showrooms will be closed for a renewable period of two weeks starting from the 25th of March.
What precautions are you taking to prevent spreading COVID-19?
We’re following government advice closely. This means we’ve introduced new hygiene measures across our entire business, including our delivery team who are now washing hands and using hand sanitizer before, during and after every delivery. Our delivery team also wear face masks and gloves when delivering any item.
