Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If you're not fully satisfied, here's our policy for mattress and bedding accessories:

Return: For hygiene and safety reasons, bedding accessories are non-returnable once purchased.
Exchange: You can exchange bedding accessories if there are any manufacturing defect or faulty materials, within 7 days of your purchase.
Beyond 7 Days: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns and exchanges after 7 days.
Condition: All items must be unused, unwashed , and in their original packaging to qualify for an exchange. We reserve the right to refuse a return or refund if an item is found to be used, washed, damaged, stained, or carries any odor.

Condition: The mattress must be in good condition with no stains, damage, or excessive wear to qualify for a return and exchange. If there is any damage or stains on the product, we reserve the right to refuse the return. Additionally, please note that custom-ordered mattresses, including those in non-standard sizes, are not eligible for return and exchange
