Refund & Exchange
If you are not entirely satisfied with your products, you can return them within 30 days of purchase. Simply return the unopened items, in the same condition as you received them and with proof of purchase.
Please note, if the returns criteria are not met fully, we may refuse the return.
What you will need
Your receipt and the item’s original packaging are required for all returns and exchanges. We issue refunds through the same method of payment as the original payment (e.g. credit card purchases will be credited to the original credit card account).
We will refund the price you paid for the goods and credit the refund amount to your credit/account that you made payment with.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, normally within 14 days.
In the unlikely event you haven’t received a refund after 14 days, first check your bank account again before contacting your credit card company.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to: Al Ittihad St., Ajman Ajman AE 2604.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Al Ittihad St., Ajman Ajman AE 2604
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
